Welcome to ZagglePay. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZagglePay mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ZagglePay.

1. About ZagglePay

ZagglePay is a financial technology platform that provides digital financial services, including:

ZagglePay is a financial technology company and does not represent itself as a licensed bank unless expressly stated.

5. Digital Wallet

Your ZagglePay wallet allows you to hold and use funds available through the Services.

1. Wallet balances are subject to verification.
2. Transactions may be delayed or declined where fraud, technical issues, or regulatory requirements are suspected.
3. Limits may apply to deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.

6. Virtual USD Cards

Where available, ZagglePay may issue Virtual USD Cards.

By using a Virtual USD Card, you agree to:

1. Use the card only for lawful purposes.
2. Comply with applicable card network rules.
3. Not engage in fraudulent or prohibited transactions.
4. Accept that card limits, fees, and availability may change.

ZagglePay reserves the right to suspend or terminate Virtual USD Cards where misuse is detected.

7. Savings Services

Savings products offered through ZagglePay may provide interest or other returns where applicable.

Interest rates, eligibility, payment schedules, and conditions may change from time to time.

Past earnings do not guarantee future returns.

8. Airtime Top-Up

ZagglePay enables users to purchase airtime from supported mobile network operators.

Users should verify the recipient number before completing a purchase.

Completed airtime transactions are generally irreversible unless required by law or where a technical error has occurred.

9. Fees

Certain Services may attract fees.

Applicable fees will be displayed before you complete a transaction or otherwise communicated to you.

You authorize ZagglePay to deduct applicable fees from your wallet or other available payment method.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

1. Engage in fraud or money laundering.
2. Finance illegal activities.
3. Use the Services to violate sanctions or applicable laws.
4. Impersonate another person.
5. Attempt unauthorized access to ZagglePay systems.
6. Reverse engineer or interfere with the Services.
7. Use automated tools to abuse the platform.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property relating to ZagglePay, including software, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and content, remains the property of ZagglePay or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

1. You breach these Terms.
2. Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
3. We are required by law or a regulatory authority.
4. Your account poses a security or compliance risk.

You may also request closure of your account at any time.

By using ZagglePay, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZagglePay shall not be liable for:

3. Service interruptions caused by third parties.
4. Delays caused by banks, payment providers, telecommunications providers, or regulators.
5. Losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The latest version will always be available on our website and within the ZagglePay application.
